Full Time Options
(Perfect for authors that are looking for long term relationships with a PA or need assistance with daily and weekly tasks throughout the year)

🤍 Tier 1: Essential Support (Basic package for authors who need light assistance)

  • Email management (sorting, flagging important messages, replying to emails if appropriate

  • Calendar Management & scheduling (book launches, interviews, events)

  • Research (comparative market analysis, trends, tools, etc.)

  • Managing and engaging with readers in Facebook groups & Discord servers

  • Drafting or editing newsletters & scheduling email campaigns

  • Ordering author swag & coordinating giveaways

Estimated Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours/month

🤍 Tier 2: Content & Social Media Support (For authors who need help with visibility and engagement)

Everything in Tier 1 plus:

  • Content planning & scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Writing & scheduling social media posts & captions

  • Hashtag research & SEO optimization for posts

  • Engagement tracking & performance reporting

  • Content pulling for quotes & social media graphics

  • Writing & posting press releases & book announcements

Estimated Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours/month

🤍 Tier 3: Book Promotion & Marketing (For authors who need strategic marketing support)

Everything in Tiers 1 & 2 plus:

  • Planning and executing book launch strategies

  • Managing ARC teams and Street teams & tracking reviews

  • Coordinating beta readers & feedback collection

  • Setting up promotional deals & newsletter swaps

  • Reaching out to book influencers and reviewers for collaborations

  • Writing or optimizing book blurbs & metadata

  • Creating graphics for social media and promotion

  • Creating TikToks and reels for social media (2-3 a week)

Estimated Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours/month

🤍 Tier 4: Premium Multimedia & Full-Service Assistance (For authors who want an all-in-one assistant)

Everything in Tiers 1-3 plus:

  • Video editing for book trailers, author Q&As, and other social media content

  • Creating Reels, shorts and TikToks optimized for engagement (4-6 a week)

  • Repurposing content across platforms (e.g. turning a livestream or interview into multiple clips

  • Uploading & optimizing YouTube videos with SEO-friendly descriptions

  • Thumbnail creation for YouTube & social media

  • Running Amazon, Facebook or Instagram ads

  • Channel management for YouTube, TikTok and IG as needed (uploading, editing, SEO, analytics, etc.)

  • Managing Patreon & YouTube membership perks

  • Creating graphics for social media and promotion

  • Creating TikToks and reels for social media (2-3 a week)

  • Assisting with book tours & live events (may be an extra cost depending on travel costs)

  • Managing Zoom or StreamYard for livestreams & author interviews
